WHAT TO EXPECT AT PRACTICE:
We will focus on fundamental skills, drills, knowledge, technique from all positions, and strength and conditioning. Everything is taught in sequence, so as the season rolls on the intensity, pace, and skill difficulty will increase. Wrestlers will be challenged with faster paced drills, situational wrestling, live wrestling, technique, and competition preparation.

*Note: Attendance to practice will ensure the best results for your wrestler. When practice is missed it is easy to fall behind and get discouraged.
