Wrestling shoes and headgear are required and should be purchased before the first practice. Wrestlers should practice in athletic shorts or jogging pants that are free of snaps, zippers and buttons along with long sleeve shirt. Mouthpieces are required for wrestlers with braces. WRESTLING SHOES SHOULD NOT BE WORN OUTSIDE OF THE WRESTLING ROOM.
