Practice Gear:  Wrestlers should practice in athletic shorts or jogging pants that are free of snaps, zippers and buttons along with long or short sleeve shirt.

Wrestling Shoes are required for practice and events and can be purchased a local sporting good store or online shops.

Headgear is required and should be brought to practice.

• Headgear will be used when wrestling live at practices and is required for competitions.  

A mouthpiece is required for participants with braces. The mouthpiece must cover braces.

Note: WRESTLING SHOES SHOULD NOT BE WORN OUTSIDE OF PRACTICE OR EVENTS.
