Competition Expectations/ Weigh-ins
Wrestlers should be eating healthy, monitoring weight, calibrating scales, and keeping an eye on how much they naturally lose overnight weekly.
Wrestlers should not get above their weight class more then what they naturally lose overnight the night before weigh-ins.
If they are above that they should be working out to get below it before they go to bed.
Wrestlers will need to arrive 30 min prior to Bus departure times to check in and check weight.
Departure times will be added to our calendar on the website ASAP. Competition start time is listed. GCPS transportation will be used
When we arrive to events we will weigh in first, eat breakfast, then warm up. Competitions typically start at 9am

*Pack Nutritious meals and snacks for competition days. Nutrition guide for wrestlers can be found on home page or in documents page.
