Our program has been built around the philosophy that there is no substitute for hard work. This summer is no different. HARD WORK PAYS OFF.
All middle and returning high school wrestlers serious about improving their abilities are encouraged to participate in the Brookwood summer wrestling program led by Coach Cicora and his staff. Summer Camp will include weight training, wrestling practice, competitions, and team camp.

Our wrestling team continues to benefit greatly from our June training camp. Each summer our team bonds, improves, and develop a clear vison of our team mission.
The Purler Team Training Camp: “Dangerous in all positions”
In this camp, you will be taught the Purler ™ Wrestling Academy’s set of core drill routines from the NEUTRAL, TOP, and BOTTOM positions, including leg riding. It is vital that a wrestler has no weak links in his game as those weaknesses will be exposed every weekend and every practice. After Purler’s™ Triple Threat Wrestling Camp your wrestler(s) will be a leg riding master and ready to compete in all positions. While most camps are ‘clinic-style’ camps, where the kids simply ‘learn a move and try it. Purler Wrestling camps are training-camps where we will put the workers to work in a drill-intensive format so that each wrestler develops the necessary muscle memory to become a better wrestler.
