How To Become a Wrestling Manager

MANAGERS

The Brookwood Wrestling program keeps 10-15 managers on its staff throughout each season. Our managers are very important to our program as their work helps our coaches and wrestlers prepare throughout the season. Brookwood managers work hard at learning the sport and take great pride in what they do for our program. Wrestling managers do not report to daily practices but instead execute their duties at our events. Training is provided for our managers before each season as well as clear expectations of thier responsibilities. Manager duties can include but are not limited to, keeping match & team scores, keeping individual and team statistics, working scores tables, and assisting with scouting.  Managers who meet all responsibilities and have served for two seasons can earn a varsity lettermen award. Coaches and sponsors are also willing to write letters of recommendation on a managers behalf. Being a wrestling manager is rewarding and is a great experience. If you are interested please see the attached application, fill out and return by email or deliver to head coach.
